Kane is a 15 year veteran of the hair industry. His journey in hairdressing began in Salt Lake City, Utah where he first nurtured his creativity by using his hands to create beauty.
He trained at both the Taylor Andrews and Vidal Sassoon Academy and has studied under famed stylists such as Tuan Tran, Fumi Eguchi, Keiji Yasuo, and Graham Breakwell. In addition, he has worked to perfect his abilities in precision cutting and edgy styles in London, Rome, Barcelona, Positano, Portland, Fort Lauderdale and Santa Monica.
In addition to hairstyling, Kane is a musician, composer and visual artist with interests in acrylics, watercolors and pencil mediums. He founded ēthos collective in 2020 with the goal of establishing a co-op, creative space where independent artists can support and inspire each other. His wife and ēthos co-founder, Danielle, reside on Capitol Hill with their cats.

Nick started his training in precision cut and color in 2013 using the fundamentals of Vidal Sassoon in San Diego California. He then moved on to work and trained under former Vidal Sassoon Directors and completed his assisting program specializing in cut. After intense training in precision cutting he found his niche in the hair industry.
Nick moved to Seattle in 2014 and after working on Capitol Hill for three years, in 2017 he decided to take the next step in his career to become an independent stylist to better serve and manage his clientele.
Nick enjoys the culture found in Capitol Hill and he is looking forward to putting his personal touch and style into the community.

Darcie is a Canadian transplant and has been in the Seattle area for the last 6 years. Her passion for hair started over 15 years ago, during which time she has continued to perfect her skills through training and continued education.
Her passion for the industry comes from having the capability to enhance a person's own perception of themselves. Darcie thrives on the beautiful feeling of being able to give someone the confidence to embrace themselves and to love and appreciate the individual beauty they have to offer the world.
Darcie believes that in our always changing industry, it is so important to keep up on all the latest trends, services and training available in order to provide the best service possible to each and every guest.
Shane has been a bright star in the Seattle hair scene for over 15 years and has worked with many fashion designers and celebrities, but his passion is creating beautiful hair for his clients. In his own words "If I can help put a smile on your face, I know I've done my best work."
Shane has spent years on his education and continues to seek new techniques every year - everything from color theory, understanding bone structure, advance hair coloring and cutting techniques, to advanced skin care and master classes with some of the most influential makeup artists of our time.
A Seattle native who is based in New York City, Kennedy returns to Seattle to take clients every 8 weeks. In NYC, she works as an on set stylist for various designers such as Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga. She frequents New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week working backstage and styling private clients. Training under NYC and LA celebrity artists such as Jennifer Yepez, Jean Pierre Sosa, Dimitri Giattenos and Ryan Pearl, she’s been able to create her own style. Specializing in lived in hair color, and fusing effortless hairstyling with high fashion. Her passion lies with hair, connecting with clients and giving back to the communities that raised her.
Indy’s passion for hair started when she was very young. Being raised by women who love spending their days in the salon. She was mesmerized by the artistry of the hairstylists. Graduating top of her class during her advanced training at Aveda’s Gary Manuel. Indy has had an opportunity to do hair in runway shows for London and New York's Fashion week, such as Nike, Porsche, and H&M. Indy specializes in advanced blonding, and extension techniques. She has also had the privilege of taking her talents to Australia where she worked as a blonding specialist in Melbourne and Sydney. Indy has spent over 10 years in the industry and she continues to expand on her education and learning new trends, and techniques for all of her specialties. Indy returns to Seattle once every 4 weeks to take clients. She spends the rest of her time in Austin, Texas where she works as a virtual fitness and nutrition coach.
Danielle is a transmedia marketer, publicist, producer and entrepreneur with a career spanning gaming, pop culture, comics, music, Hollywood, and even marijuana.
In 2013, Danielle founded Ladykiller, a Seattle-based PR and production firm.She is a renowned independent Publicist and Appearance Manager representing celebrities and brands nationwide and her firm produces large-scale events globally.
She gives back to Seattle as co-founder of I Heart Comic Art, a Capitol Hill benefit dedicated to mentorship for local indie comic artists and providing artist grants. She is also co-owner at Pot Shop in the Westlake neighborhood.
Danielle is a Michigan native, a proud opportunist, an impassioned performance art patron, indie art collector, and, it appears, a serial entrepreneur. She enjoys developing creative strategy, devising out-of-the-box marketing partnerships and examining industry-specific business methodology for cross-industry application. She spends her free time working in local politics as a King County elected official and currently resides on Capitol Hill with her husband & ēthos co-founder, Kane, and four ridiculous cats.
