Kane is a 15 year veteran of the hair industry. His journey in hairdressing began in Salt Lake City, Utah where he first nurtured his creativity by using his hands to create beauty.
He trained at both the Taylor Andrews and Vidal Sassoon Academy and has studied under talent such as Tuan Tran, Fumi Eguchi, Keiji Yasuo, and Graham Breakwell. In addition, he has worked to perfect his abilities in precision cutting and edgy styles in London, Rome, Barcelona, Portland, Fort Lauderdale and Santa Monica.
In addition to hairstyling, Kane is a musician, composer and visual artist with interests in acrylics, watercolors and pencil mediums. He finds inspiration in his perception of dreams and nightmares, the immense and mysterious nature of the universe, and the elements that form our existence.

Caily Bjorn has been a hairstylist for over three years and joined ēthos collective in February 2020. Caily specializes in advanced blonding and extension techniques, with dimensional, low-maintenance color as her focus. Caily graduated valedictorian at Gene Juarez Academy and has since attended many advanced training classes. She is certified in Academy Ramirez Tran’s Signature Lived-In-Color and Cut Techniques, Mane Ivy’s “Mane Way,” and FreeSpirited Hand-Tied Extensions. Caily has honed the art of creating a style that feels perfectly “you,” an extension of your inner beauty. Her biggest passion is low-maintenance, natural blondes and brunettes who crave movement and texture.
A Seattle native who is based in New York City, Kennedy returns to Seattle to take clients every 8 weeks. In NYC, she works as an on set stylist for various designers such as Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga. She frequents New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week working backstage and styling private clients. Training under NYC and LA celebrity artists such as Jennifer Yepez, Jean Pierre Sosa, Dimitri Giattenos and Ryan Pearl, she’s been able to create her own style. Specializing in lived in hair color, and fusing effortless hairstyling with high fashion. Her passion lies with hair, connecting with clients and giving back to the communities that raised her.
Nick started his training in precision cut and color using the fundamentals of Vidal Sassoon in San Diego California. He then moved on to work and trained under former Vidal Sassoon Directors and completed his assisting program specializing in cut. After intense training in precision cutting he found his niche in the hair industry.
After living in San Diego for 10 years he decided to take on a new journey to a much cooler city that had more to offer in fashion, music, and culture, Seattle was it!
After working on Capitol Hill for three years, he decided to take the next step in his career to become an independent stylist to better serve and manage his clientele.
Nick enjoys the culture found in Capitol Hill and he is looking forward to putting his personal touch and style into the community.
Darcie is a Canadian transplant and have been in the Seattle area for the last 6 years. Her passion for hair started over 15 years ago, over which she has continued to perfect her skills through training and continued education.
Her passion for the industry comes from having the capability to enhance a person's own perception of themselves. Darcie trives on the beautiful feelingof being able to give someone the confidence to embrace themselves and love all the beauty they as an individual have to offer the world.
Darcie believes that in our always changing industry, it is so important to keep up on all the latest trends, services and training available in order to provide the best service possible to each and every guest.
Danielle is a transmedia marketer, publicist, producer and entrepreneur with a career spanning gaming, pop culture, comics, music, Hollywood, and even marijuana.
Danielle founded Ladykiller, a Seattle-based PR and production firm, in summer 2013 with the goal of designing and executing transmedia public relations and marketing campaigns as well as producing live events to promote and represent a wide variety of brands and talent.
She is the co-founder of I Heart Comic Art, a Capitol Hill benefit dedicated to mentorship for local indie comic artists and providing artist grants, and a co-owner at Pot Shop.
She is a Michigan native, a proud opportunist, an impassioned performance art patron and, it appears, a serial entrepreneur. She enjoys developing creative strategy, devising out-of-the-box marketing partnerships and examining industry-specific business methodology. She currently resides on Capitol Hill with her partner, Kane, and four ridiculous cats.
